We want you to love your Lily Lolo products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and remain in a lightly used or unopened condition.

  Securely package your beauty products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include your printed return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
